Welcome to the City of Decadence! We are happy to have you here with us today. Our wonderful city & Country is run by our lovely ruler Luka Luna and her brother Nikolas. Our population is over half a million people and our city stretches out for miles and miles. If you are a shifter Living here will be a good experience, our school systems are near perfect and life is just easy. But if you are a human life is hell. Humans are captured daily for sale at the slave trades, some are killed on the spot for possible associations with rebels. Families are ripped apart with no remorse and children are killed for being to young to work or simply for being annoying. All thanks to our wonderful Leader Luka…. Death is a common thing in the streets as the labs have started doing executions daily sending out the abominations they call test subjects to do their dirty work… Now that our short tour is over have a nice day….and watch your step~ The side you choose could be the difference between an easy life or death on the spot.
